DELIVERY AND POSTAGE
We aim to get your item to you as quickly as possible. We use Royal Mail as our Delivery Provider for piece of mind and security. Please note if we require anything from you – i.e. handprints/footprints/Fingerprints,Handwriting, scan prints or drawings the lead-time will commence from when we confirm we have received these. If you are unsure please contact us on 01326 290046.
You have the following options to select for postage (excludes handcrafted):
FREE- Royal Mail First Class
Our royal mail first class service is free. It is uninsured and does not require a signature. Therefore tracking is unavailable. We are always able to provide proof of postage. If you select this service you accept sole responsibility for its safe arrival. The Little Keepsake Company will not compensate for items lost in the post. Please allow 1-4 working days for arrival. Please note this is an estimate and may increase at peak gifting times.
RECOMMENDED – Royal Mail 24
Our Royal Mail 24 service is Fully Tracked. If you provide your correct telephone number you will receive your tracking number via SMS message with a link to fully track the whereabouts of your item. You will also be able to rearrange delivery if required. This service doesn’t require a signature but is Fully Tracked and Scanned when delivered giving you piece of mind. This service is also Insured. Please allow 1-4 working days for delivery.Please note this is an estimate and may increase at peak gifting times.
EXPRESS – Royal Mail Special Delivery
Our Express service guarantees your order by 1pm the following day if you order by midday Monday-Thursday. Please be aware if you order after Midday on a Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be dispatched on Monday. If You order on a Bank Holiday your order will be dispatched the next working day. This service is fully tracked and insured.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU INPUT THE CORRECT ADDRESS, IF YOU PROVIDE US WITH THE WRONG ADDRESS, YOUR ITEM WILL BE POSTED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. PLEASE ALSO ENSURE THAT YOUR ADDRESS IN PAYPAL IS UP TO DATE IF USING PAYPAL EXPRESS CHECKOUT. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PART OF THE ADDRESS BEING INCORRECT.
Our postage rates and lead-times are dependent on the item ordered.
Each product has a specific lead-time. Guidelines are detailed below:
HANDMADE HAND/FOOT FINGERPRINT ORDERS.
Impression kits are dispatched by 2nd Class within 24 hours of receiving your order and will fit through a standard letterbox.
Finished items are dispatched within 2-4 weeks of receiving the impression kit back from the customer, Depending on our current lead-time. They are sent on a Royal Mail signed for service. We charge £6.50 for postage and packaging of handcrafted items. This is for a service, which provides security and piece of mind!
Overseas orders may be subject to import duties, which are valid in your country for which you are responsible.
At busy times of the year such as Christmas, Mothers Day & Fathers Day Production turnaround times may be longer. Full details will appear on the website and we will contact customers where appropriate.
Christmas / Mothers Day / Fathers Day
Due to the high number of orders placed at these times, we will clearly state on our website the latest time for ordering and returning of impressions/prints. We will also add a specific postage service for these occasions. Any orders placed, or impressions returned after these dates cannot be guaranteed for delivery before that occasion. We are unable to accept cancellation of any orders missing these deadlines once your impressions have been returned.
CHRISTMAS DEADLINE FOR ORDERING — 14th NOVEMBER
DEADLINE FOR RECIEVEING PRINTS — 24th NOVEMBER
Gift Packs must be redeemed within 6 months of dispatch. If they are redeemed after this date there may be an additional cost due to the fluctuations in the price of silver.
